The Greenwich Art Society is in the process of the continual transition in a post-pandemic world. We have established our regular programs and are exploring new ideas for future programming. We have survived the pandemic largely due to our members’ generosity. Your support has been crucial this past year in helping us get back to normal!

Our income from membership dues, class tuition, workshops and entry fees covers only 60% of our annual operating expenses. While many of our regular classes have been reinstated, we still see fluctuations in not only our tuition revenue but membership dues. We need help so that we can continue our regular programming and create new opportunities for our members.

The programs below continue to be possible because of your contributions:

• G.A.S. Studio School Classes ongoing & in-person: 2023-2024

• Annual Juried Exhibits, In-person & virtual gallery, Flinn & Bendheim Galleries: 2023-24

• Zoom lectures with featured artists & curators: Ongoing 2023-24

• Outreach: Multi-sensory, integrated arts enrichment program for underserved students in Bridgeport – serving 120 second-graders annually

• Scholarship Program: Free tuition for children’s art classes awarded to students in the past year from Hamilton Avenue and Julian Curtiss Elementary Schools

• G.A.S. Gallery Exhibitions & new pop-up retail venues: 2023-24
